This is an absolutely great machine. In the past I have rented one of those steam vacs from the grocery store and been totally disgusted — they leave my rugs sticky and dirtier than they were to begin with. Consequently, I had my doubts as to just how effective this machine would be. BUT based on the rave reviews I decided to try it. I am soooooo glad I did. I cannot believe the dirt this thing picks up — it’s astonishing and sickening what was lurking in my rugs. It is so easy to use, but do — absolutely do — read the manual and follow every step. Also make sure you read Lissie’s 5 star comment dated 12/1/05 before using the machine for the first time. It is extremely helpful. Believe me, you will be happy you bought this machine!
I ll Eat You
I delayed reading The Help because I thought it might be just another maudlin tear-jerker. NOT! This is a fascinating, sometimes funny, sometimes heart-warming, sometimes anger-provoking, always skilfully told story that made real for me an era whose end I saw but, being a child, whose details I never discerned. Meals at my grandparent’s table when I was small were served by Help dressed in starched white uniforms who had their own quarters in case they needed to stay over. The Help always smiled. They played children’s games with me and indulged me when I insisted I was Davy Crockett. I adored them and, when things changed and Grandmother began serving meals herself, I wondered why. I always assumed The Help were happy working for Grandmother ….. but maybe not. Ms. Stockett made me revisit my pediatric assumptions. Good. We should all make a habit of doing so. The Help is an important book and, to make things better, I loved it.

From the description given of Water For Elephants I wasn’t sure I would like it, but was intrigued just the same. I am usually more of a horror fan, but to my surprise, I LOVED IT! Action packed, heartbreaking, and a little glimpse of what scares us all about growing older.
Wonderfully written and a definite page turn, you just can’t put down. I look forward to reading more works from Sara Gruen.

I purchased this drive from an Apple store last year. Originally, it had a problem restarting after waking my Powerbook from sleep mode. At first I thought that it was a problem with OS 9, but I decided to contact LaCie’s technical support anyway. They told me that some of the first shipment drives had a problem with a faulty board inside the casing. LaCie’s tech support arranged to have the drive shipped back and repaired at no cost to me. Within a few days, I had my new drive repaired. It has been working perfectly ever since. When I upgraded to OS 10.2, the drive still worked perfectly. It is very easy to install and it is very fast and reliable. I use it mainly for recording audio, which requires speed and data integrity. The design of the case matches perfectly with my powerbook and is very compact and extremely solid. Although it is very quiet, it does make a soft, high-pitched whine while running, which can pick up in audio recording situations.

How do you start a review about something that changed you? Changed your perspective of life and set you free. I was not introduced to this book by anyone. Well, except for God. The title itself stood out because on that particular day, I was fasting and I felt connected with God, more than I have ever been connected in my life. I was centered and I was at peace. I was directed to this book with no lie. I told God that I wanted to get closer to him and that I wanted to understand him more. I was currently going to a Christian church, though I didnt consider myself a Christian or any religion for that matter. All I knew was that I believed in God and that religion was so limited. So if you are religious, this book is not for you because it is going to knock things your religion may teach.
As soon as I opened up the book, I was attached. I did not want to put the book down! Its like every question I had about life and about God and about all of the mysteries were answered. The only reason why I took the information in was because it felt right. And bottom line thats what matters. If it suits you it is you. All of the questions I had that had to deal with religion and why God is to feared or Why do we have all of these rules were answered. The reason why I was not a Christian was because a big thing they promote is Fear God. But when I was saved, when I was shown the light,when God basically lifted me up, I thought to myself ” Why in the world would I want to fear something so beautiful?” It just didnt suit me. So this book set me free from all of those Christian scriptures. But it opened me up to other religions that held truth. Basically, there is not one right religion, every religion holds truth to it but not 100%. And this is something I thought, so it suited me.
I love this book with all my heart because it lead to me setting myself free. Not caring what people thinks, Its my life it never ends I am a soul before I am this Human.There is no such thing as time on

Hell\ s Black Light
I purchased a Wii console from Amazon after searching. So many places were out of them and I put it on my Wish List. I received a text the next week and quickly purchased it. It was delivered the very next day. I love my Wii. I’ve purchased the Wii Fit Plus and play on that almost every day. It’s loads of fun and I don’t feel like I’m working out. I’m glad I bought this for myself.

Magnificent Warriors
I actually purchased the F5915-900 model, the only difference is that mine did not include the powered hand tool. They didn’t have the one with the handtool anywhere locally, so I purchased it without and then went online to Hoover to purchase the handtool 
I must say that I am impressed with this machine. My mother owns a Bissell Pro Heat machine which I have borrowed and used a few times, with no complaints…until now. I was hesitant to buy this machine because I was already familiar with the Bissell machine which in my opinion is very easy to use. I feared this Hoover would be harder to use and an inferior product due to the drastic price different between the two. Recently I had scanned a consumer reports article listing the Hoover as a superior machine and the Hoover was priced 50.00 less than the lower model Bissell and I wanted the best I could get with my money. So I “settled” on the Hoover and now I realize I did not settle at all, but I made the better choice. My mom purchased her Bissell thinking that bigger price = better machine, but in this case she is 100% wrong.
No heater exists on this machine, true…but on all machines the water cools while traveling through the tubes and being sprayed, so honestly its not a big deal. The Hoover holds more clean and dirty water than the Bissell, and the machine itself is far easier to clean after use. The suction on this machine is far superior than on the Bissell which I feel leads to a much cleaner carpet in the end because the dirty water is not being left behind. I just finished cleaning my livingroom 10 minutes ago and already the floor feels dry to the touch. It seems with the Bissell you are paying more for less, and for features that are more about style than practicality. I do admit keeping the cleaning solution seperate from the clear water was nice, and not having to attach the hose when you want to use it was nice but that was about all the Bissell had going for it. I much prefer the larger tanks
