I really like this inexpensive cleaner. It is powerful, light, easy to use and also does a good job on cat hair and flat surfaces. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is the best book I’ve read that covers heart disease detection, prevention, and reversal PERIOD. A mandatory read if you have heart disease in your family!! I’ve read many of these types of books because I have heart disease in my family and have been dealing with genetic high cholesterol my whole life. Everything you need to know about heart disease in one book…it’s like a complete handbook on heart disease.
The first part deals with what it is actually like to have a heart attack and what to do to stay alive…this is worth the price of the book alone. The author believes that absolutely NO ONE should ever have a heart attack much less die from one with a little proactive work from you and your doctor.
The book outlines all the various ways to properly test the likelihood of heart disease (just one example: Don’t just take a cholesterol and stress test; but actually testing the size of your body’s cholesterol may be more valuable to know since you can have a heart attack with as little as 30% blockage and traditional stress test only detects blockage of 70% or greater) This book is absolutely full of this type of useful information which can keep you around for a very long time.
Also, I really liked the way this book has all the up-to-date medial detection and medical treatment technology and goes way beyond the basic stuff you see in all the other medical publications (Details the different types of cholesterol tests, stress tests, heart scan technology, etc.). Also runs through the good points and bad points from a cardiologist standpoint of the more popular diets that people use (instead of just singling out fat as the culprit like every other medical publication.)
This book is technical but simple for the lay person to understand because of the easy explanations Dr. Devane uses. The book gives you today’s most up to date tools to PROPERLY detect and reverse heart disease. Just knowing all the facts that are out there makes it easier to

I ‘m totally disappointed to know that the 8GB version is not a 3rd generation model and am not sure what is going on with APPLE.I would like to get to the attention of the Ipod buyers that 8GB is not a 3rd generation version instead a 2nd generation.I first got this Ipod in Nov 2009 for thanks giving and was all the while under the impression that it is 3rd generation ipod ,until i had a problem last week.I checked with APPle and they confirmed that it is 2nd generation version.Even during that time they did not tell me that there is no 3rd generation verion for 8GB model .I approached AMAZON.com for a resolution and they sent me a new ipod touch(waiving the return policy after 30days)the new /replacement is also a 2nd generation.That is when i was suspicious and asked APPLE what is going on here.The rep at APPLE store said that as such there is no 3rd generation for 8GB model and it is only 2nd generation.
Folks be cautious when you are buying the 8GB model and don’t think that you are getting the latest version.APPLE AND AMAZON.com need to get out and clarify the issue publicly and avoid unnecessary disappointment and time waste for rest of the customers.

I love it. I love it. I love it. I bought the 305 to replace my Nike+ Ipod running system. Garmin 305 blows the Nike+ away in every aspect. I became extremely annoyed with the NIKE+ sensor’s inability to find the IPOD and the frequent loss of signal during a run.
If you are a person who likes information during your run, the Garmin is for you. I set up the main screne to show distance, pace and total time. Took a few runs to decide which categories provided the most relevant information. Garmin has increased my speed, knowledge of my performance and analysis following a run. I am now more aware of my natural increases and decreases in pace during a run. For instance, my 2nd mile in a 5k is always the fastest, so now I have learned that I should pick up the pace when I get the 2nd mile beep. I also set the Garmin to beep at me if my pace falls below a certain level. Often I start daydreaming and slow down. Then I get the beep and kick the pace back up. I love it that I can check my pace at any moment and analyze overall performace after the run.
My complaints about 305 primarily involve initial setup. It is a little tricky to manipulate/customize some of the features. However, spend an hour or 2 setting it up and you won’t be disappointed in the results. For example, it should be a default setting that a lap is equal to 1 mile and that the watch will beep at each mile. I also think the Garmin’s default ranges for classifications of slow jog, jog, slow run, run, sprint, etc are a little unrealistic for the average runner, but probably accurate for the above average runner.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the Garmin 305. Everything that I wanted to customize was relatively easy to accomplish after a few minutes of tinkering.

Someone I work with gave it to me to read; several people said they had read it and that it was a good book. I wouldn’t have purchased this book myself I had never heard of the author and never heard of the book. I’ve only read a couple of chapters and I’m really not impressed. The way the dialect is written for the African American maids is driving me nuts. It’s off to me although someone told me she did extensive research to make the dialect as real as possible. I think she missed! I probably will not finish reading this book.

I bought this last year when I purchased my Garmin 760 Nuvi. It is a good mount for it on the dash of my truck, except that I added Velcro to the bottom of it because there were times that it slid to easily around on my dashboard. It might be okay in some vehicles as far as being stationary. It just wasn’t in my truck at times. I like it much better than the suction-cup mount that came with my Nuvi though. And it is easy enough to remove from the dash and place elsewhere if I need/want to.
I would recommend this product to others.

I loved this book & frankly, I would give it 10 stars. It was so refreshing to read a book of fiction after reading so many true life crimes. I loved the brilliance of creating a love story between a vampire & a young teenage girl. Quite clever also to have devised a way to write about vampires without the usual repertoire of fangs & forced to sleep in coffins during daylight hours. Of course, the shiny diamond like look that ensures they’re a vampire is abit over the top, but it all worked in this fun, exciting & wonderful love story. I realize this was written most certainly for young adults but I believe it works for any age group, young or old.
I loved the movie as well & actually watched it 3 times when ordinarily I watch movies once. My favorite scene in the movie is when the Cullen clan & Bella are playing baseball to the song “Massive Black Hole” by Muse. I love it when the 3 “bad” vampires are walking across the field! What a sight & that song works so beautifully with the scenes that follow. This was my start to reading the rest of the series back to back, which if you read the first one, you really have to read them all! Sheer pleasure & offered such a new variety of reading material. Everything worked in this book & I wish it had been written when I was a teenager!
